Our Folks – Staff

Jack is the director of the agency’s Waiting Child Programs for the adoption of children from the foster care system.

Rich can answer your questions about our foster-to-adopt program and application paperwork, as well as general agency information. Email Rich to make reservations for Orientation meetings.

In addition to working with children and families, Liam directs the agency’s Public Programs and is responsible as the first point of contact/continuity worker for children in the RAD! (Relationships Are Decisions) program. Liam takes part in our applicant training, and develops ideas for new and existing programs.

In addition to working with children and families, Alan supervises Future Workers in our RAD! (Relationships Are Decisions) program. Alan takes part in our applicant training, and develops ideas for new and existing programs.

In addition to working with children and families, Erin supervises Future Workers in our RAD! (Relationships Are Decisions) program. Erin takes part in our applicant training, and develops ideas for new and existing programs. Erin also serves as our Compliance Officer.

Mike supervises the Future Workers in the Nassau County portion of our RAD! (Relationships Are Decisions) program. Mike takes part in our applicant training, and develops ideas for new and existing programs.

Lisa supervises our international and newborn adoption programs, as well as the family transition workers, and is the school liaison for pre-adoptive families during transition. She is also the agency’s grant writer.

Joanne is involved in many agency projects and acts as a consultant on agency programs.

Amy handles our agency finances.

Cristina assists families in our Family Services Program who need home studies for international or newborn adoptions. Cristina is bilingual (Spanish).
